Truth is knowledge of things as they are, and as they were, and as they are to come
Doctrine and Covenants 93:24

“A man is saved no faster than he gets knowledge.” — That is my intent, to gain knowledge. I share my questions and my studies on this blog in an attempt to:

  1. Show others they’re not alone if they have questions and doubts
  2. Share what I have found and where I am still lacking
  3. Open myself up to be corrected (which has happened numerous times and I am grateful).

My views are my own. Do not adopt them unless inspired by The Spirit to do so. (D&C 9:7-9)

I invite you to follow the words of Christ in your own journey: Ask, and it shall be given unto you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

  1. I came across this blog months ago, I’m touched by some of your words, thoughts, honesty, passion… in a way I didn’t think possible. Thank you for bringing a greater perspective into my view.

    1. Holly, that means a lot to me. Thank you! I, like many other bloggers, often find myself wondering if what I write is having an impact on my readers. I appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment to let me know you value what I have written.

  2. No, thank you sir! In my search to put a name on some of the newfound changes in my life and in myself, I’ve read many blogs, many books, left no “Google stone” unturned and yours strikes such a cord in me and helped to propel me forward in my life and in my love. I am on the edge of the most wonderful place I’ve ever been in part because of some of the things I’ve read here. Thank you 🙂

  3. I found your blog because of your letter addressed to extroverts and was quite happily suprised when I started poking around. I’m fascinated because I don’t know many people who own their LDS label and have such comfort with theological ambiguity, as well as thinking so deeply. Seems we run parallel tracks in many ways.

I appreciate your thoughts, experiences and the effort taken to integrate those ideas and present them.
